Shutterply consists of layers of 100% Pine ply to form an economical building board.

Faces and backs of rotary cut pine veneer with rotary cut pine inner veneers. Bonded under heat and hydraulic pressure with exterior Grade (WBP) adhesives as per SANS 929, Class 1.

Manufacturing Method & Usage:

  • Faces and backs of rotary cut pine veneer with rotary cut pine inner veneers. Bonded under heat and hydraulic pressure with exterior Grade (WBP) adhesives as per SANS 929, Class 1.
  • By storing, treating and cleaning shutterply correctly, the panels’ lifespans can be significantly increased.
